Alliant is looking for a Statistician to work in our northern Westchester, NY office:

Alliant Cooperative Data Solutions is looking for a statistician to work in our northern Westchester, New York office. This position will be mostly responsible for building predictive models and performing customer segmentation. The ideal candidate will have a wide-range of experience building regression models and presenting the results to marketing teams and senior management. Additionally, candidates should be familiar with large-scale databases, PC software, and database manipulation.

We are looking for candidates with :

• 2 - 5 years experience building predictive models
• Extensive experience programming in SAS and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Graduate degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research or related field
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills and extensive attention to detail
• High energy level; flexible, adaptive, inquisitive and keen understanding of technology
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Direct Marketing Industry experience a plus
• Knowledge of Oracle and SQL a plus
