Alliant’s Client Engagement Team (CET) approach provides clients with ready access to an experienced Account Executive, a statistician, and a data analyst.


A proven process for managing complex business requirements

Alliant’s consultative approach is based on a proven methodology. We encourage clients to involve their marketing, business analysis and analytics teams from the start — ensuring that each stakeholder has input into the solution:


  • Discovery: Identify the business objective of the solution, and options for gathering data required for development and validation.
  • Statement of Work (SOW): A formal document that defines the solution and the approach that will be used in development. This document is approved internally and by the client.
  • Solution Development: The Analytic and Data Analysis teams begin development and optimization of the solution. Periodic internal reviews are held to analyze results and identify modifications.
  • Proof of Concept (POC): Upon internal approval, the Account team develops a POC presentation for review and acceptance by the client team.
  • Test Recommendations: Alliant works closely with the client to define and develop processes for appropriate testing and initial implementation of each solution, including results analysis.
  • Roll-Out: On completion of the testing phase, the Account Team develops scheduling and reporting for the now productionalized solution.
