Director of Sales and
New Business Development

Alliant is looking for a Director of Sales and New Business Development to work in our northern Westchester, New York office. This high-visibility position requires the successful candidate to initiate and develop strategic relationships with both traditional and online marketing organizations — helping them optimize marketing channels through scoring services and licensed data.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Identify prospects in key vertical markets and develop appropriate forecasts
- Execute new account contacts and development activities
- Partner with internal sales support and analytics resources as needed
to close business
- Use SalesForce.com on a daily basis to record sales activity and
revenue opportunities
- Maintain a sales pipeline worth 150% of budgeted revenue targets
- Work with the marketing team to develop prospecting campaigns and
promotions to generate new business
Key Skills and Background:
- Demonstrated mastery of, and passion for, the art of selling data-driven
marketing solutions
- Five or more years of experience with a proven track record in closing deals
and exceeding quota
- Outstanding writing and presentation skills
- Experience and relevant contacts within digital marketing and/or financial services organizations a plus
- Working knowledge of direct marketing analytics
- Bachelor’s degree or better required
- Must be flexible, team-oriented and committed to having a good time while
doing a great job
- Local candidates preferred
