Sales Executive

Alliant is looking for a Sales Executive to be a key contributor in our continued growth. Responsible candidates will initiate and develop strategic relationships with traditional and online marketing organizations — helping them optimize their marketing channels through scoring services and licensed data. Candidates will partner with our Account Management and Analytics Teams to guide new clients through the Alliant sales pipeline.
Principle responsibilities:
- Identify prospects in key vertical markets and develop appropriate forecasts
- Execute new account contacts and development activities
- Partner with internal sales support and analytics resources to close business opportunities
- Use SalesForce.com to record sales activity and revenue opportunities
- Maintain a sales pipeline worth 150% of budgeted revenue
- Develop prospecting campaigns and promotions with the marketing team to generate new business
Key skills, education and work experience:
- Experience in the art of selling data-driven marketing solutions
- Two or more years of of reputable experience in closing deals and exceeding quota
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, reporting and people skills
- Working knowledge of direct marketing analytics
- Team-oriented, flexible and committed to having a good time while doing a great job
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Local candidates preferred
- Experience and relevant contacts within digital marketing and/or financial services organizations a plus
