To all Alliant Users: |
We know that our clients depend on the reliability and security of our file transfer and production processing. In order to continue meeting your expectations, we are committed to a program of ongoing maintenance and upgrades to our systems. |
While we make every effort to avoid disruptions to our scheduled workflow, certain upgrades require critical hardware to be taken off-line from time to time. In order to minimize any potential impact to our clients, we have elected to consolidate these downtimes into scheduled System Maintenance dates. |
For 2010, we have scheduled the following dates for System Maintenance: |
Sunday, January 17 |
10 a.m. - 4 p.m. |
Please note that during these periods, users of Alliant’s production processing, real-time, FTP and email systems may encounter intermittent or extended periods of downtime. |
If possible please make a note of these dates to avoid any conflicts with planned jobs. We will also send you reminders about upcoming System Maintenance dates 1-2 weeks prior to the event. |
While we regret any inconvenience, we believe that the resulting improvements in security, reliability and throughput make this process well worth the effort. If you have any questions, or if you have a critical need for processing at any time during any of these periods, please use the information below to contact me or your Alliant Account Executive. |
Thank you for your business. |
Sincerely, |
